Got a new back box today from the legend of Mike. So far sounds perfect and just what I wanted. I’m sure I will see you in due course for the rest. Best part is it was a bit cheaper then expected as they agreed it would sound better without and I stand by that. Also I wanted to have the appearance that it was just a stock exhaust and within 5 minutes of being there for a quote he’s located a perfect match!

Brilliant service from these guys, Mike's an absolute pleasure to deal with and will tell you how it is without messing you around. If something won't work, or isn't necessarily safe to do. You'll know about it.
Won't try and up-sale you to things you don't need/want, more in the trade need to be like this.
Had brake's, alloy's & tyres fitted for a more than reasonable price and good turn over time. Due to this level of service, when I need my oil & filter changed out, I know where I'll be going to get them done.
Genuine, down to Earth guy, couldn't fault him if I tried.

As a women and very cautious about the service I got spoken down to and belittled. Went in looking for advice on my car and was left feeling very intimidated. Having finally recieving a price for the repairs I decided with all the bad feeling and the way I was spoke to to go else where.

Initially went to Mike for a replacement tyre, having to return a week later for a new car battery... both occasions greeted me with an extremely friendly and professional manner, offering lots of advice for a young driver such as myself. Will 100% be going back to Mike for any motoring needs in the future, and recommending to all my friends.

Mike Stokes is an absolutely amazing guy, really friendly and will do anything for you... I had a hell of a lot of work to be done to my car upgrade wise and it all went really smoothly! Can't remember his name but the main garage guy that does the exhausts and brakes is unbelievable, it is all so perfect. When I get a new car I will be straight down there again! Cheers Guys!!!

Mike Stokes is the place to go! I've never felt like I was mistreated in any way.
Although I might feel at times like I'm asking stupid questions I'm always given great advice and helpful answers.
The front of house team are always friendly, talkative and reassuring.
Tea and coffee available, all you have to do is ask.
A great selection of alloys to smarten your vehicle up. Just pop in there and have a look at the brochures, order some, a set of tyres if needed and they'll all be fitted when they arrive. Simple!
I've called to get a quote for tyres before, and the secret to it which they told me is to write down the make, the size which is located on the tyre and it has 3 numbers / 2 numbers / R and 2 numbers, and also just after 2 numbers and a letter. This'll make it easier for them to find the exact tyre you need and to give you the price for that tyre or something equally or better for the similar price.
If like me your car has done over 60k miles ask about hydro flow. It sounds great and I'll be having it done the next time I'm having some work done on my car!
My friend had a puncture when she was visiting Bournemouth. I suggested giving Mike Stokes a call as I'd heard that they also do a mobile service for punctures. She said that the mechanic who arrived was very polite and helpful. Fast service and payment can be taken over the phone. She also said if it were to happen again she wouldn't hesitate calling Mike Stokes.
Overall Mike Stokes Motoring and Motorsport is a company you can trust to treat you well, give you great advice and to look after your everyday car or your most prized possession. ??

Just had a full service and some work done to my van, more work to do than they expected to pass the m.o.t the same day. As this vehicle is my only source of income they went above and beyond to make sure my van was ready for 17.30. I am more than happy with the price I paid and the service was fantstic. Would highly recommend this company.

I won a competition for a complete set up of the alignment of the suspension and what a good job done by the team, I said to the mechanic just get it as close as possible and I'll be happy with that, the reply I received was no, on a car like this it has to be perfect leave it with us. A couple of hours later it was done and totally transformed the cars handling.

First class customer service, I recently had a complete S/S exhaust system designed and fitted for a Vauxhall VX490. The mechanic went the extra mile to make sure that the fit, the performance and the sound were in keeping with a classic car and the front desk team were communicative and obliging.
